§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

(1) In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. B. Name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by email or using a contact form, we will save the data you provide (your email address, your name, if applicable) in order to answer your questions.

The provision of further information is voluntary and only makes it easier for us to contact you to answer your request. We delete the data that arises in this context after the storage is no longer required, or we restrict the processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

We also use the Wufoo form service to contact you via our contact forms and surveys. a US web form application provided by SurveyMonkey Europe UC, 2nd Floor, 2 Shelbourne Buildings, Shelbourne Road, Dublin Ireland. This will process and save the content you have entered in a contact form. Depending on the contact form, the content can include the following: company, name, email address, telephone number. § 6 Use of our web shop

(1) If you would like to order in our webshop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we need to process your order. Mandatory information required for processing the contracts is marked separately; further information is voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. To do this, we can pass on your payment details to our house bank. The legal basis for this is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, Letter b of the GDPR.

You can voluntarily create a customer account through which we can save your data for future purchases. When you create an account under "My Account", the data you provide will be saved and revocable. We will delete this account immediately upon request to info@one4germany.net.
